Meet Carlton Gibson: The Mind Behind “Supreme”
My name is Carlton Gibson and I’m the author of Supreme. For several years I developed, and thought about my main characters adventures. I have always loved Science fiction and fantasy. Every night before bed I would think about my character “Supreme” in a way I wanted to be him. When I finally decided to start writing I looked into publishers and was contacted.
Over the next months I poured out the stories I had already thought about for years. Putting the story in words and articulating what I see wasn’t easy. Nothing worthwhile is easy, Supreme is a protector not a ruler but at times he must step in because of human avarice.
Supreme vs. the Kayenta: A Battle for Earth
In this book Supreme faces an alien race known as the Kayenta, which is a real place in Arizona part of the Navajo Nation. So I found it kind of surreal that the aliens who come to destroy Earth are named for people who had to defend themselves from people who wanted their resources and lands.
Supreme uses his technology and help from the Beneath realm where he was trained to stop the first attack. The Kayenta do land on Earth ,Supreme must help the world’s military destroy them.
Supreme’s Journey: From Protector to Pioneer
This way people can see the story more like I do. I see the character’s journey , I imagine him training, studying and building his technology. As the story unfolds Supreme is given a unique power and becomes even more powerful. But never loses his sense of humanity and drive to explore. As he grows he faces new powerful forces and these characters will grow in the next stories as well.
The first story is more about how the character becomes the protector of Earth. And then how he helps Earth with technology and moves them into space to colonize.
Supreme’s Return: A New Purpose for Earth
Supreme then leaves ,and the people begin to colonize. While he is gone on other explorations, the Earth falls short of the goals and basically reverts to more worldly pursuits.
While Supreme is gone he gains power and knowledge and eventually returns and gives Earth a new purpose. They are forced to colonize other worlds to give Earth an opportunity to exist without humans and heal naturally.
A Concise Epic: Supreme’s Timeless Adventures
Supreme isn’t a long book but it’s packed with adventure. The character visits other worlds and lives among the people. Supreme is pure science fiction to me , the character lives in a way that time doesn’t matter to him, he is immortal in a sense so the story spans centuries. With his power he can travel anywhere in the known Universe. He meets other powerful beings in space and ends up with a friend to continue exploring with.
I hope that you would read the book and see yourself with the power to make change. To protect Earth and other planets from invaders and give them Technology to improve their lives.
