Blake Franklin – The Texas Private Investigator Solving Murders and Mysteries

Blake Franklin may not wear a cape and have superpowers, but for his clients, he is a superhero.

After completing his degree, Blake joined the Coast Guard and served for four years. He then joined the Fort Worth Police Department and began his career as a patrol officer. However, he soon realized that he wanted to make a bigger impact. Blake wanted to solve cases and help people in a more meaningful way.

The son of the Chief of Police for Fort Worth, Blake had nine years on patrol and was sent up to take the Detective exam – three times. Three swings and three misses. Out of frustration and embarrassment, Blake makes the decision to leave the force and launch his own Detective Agency with the help of an angel investor. He hires his ex-girlfriend to run the office and his former college roommate-frat brother to work with him. What could possibly go wrong?

Blake’s first case presented as a fraud and car theft ring, but they uncovered much more going on as they investigated. Through the case, new and strategic relationships were forged. Blake discovered a truth about his police officer career that changed his mindset and introduced him to the most important relationship he would form.

Blake’s agency’s success is a testament to his dedication as a servant of justice. He may have many flaws, but he is unwavering in his commitment to his clients. Whether it’s a missing person case or a murder mystery, Blake and his team always go above and beyond to ensure justice is served. The good guys always win in Blake’s world.

Despite his successes, Blake remains humble and grounded. He knows he isn’t perfect but strives daily to be the best detective. His willingness to learn from his mistakes and grow as a person makes him a dedicated servant of justice. He endures a few scathing interactions in the book but takes them in stride and keeps his chin up. He knows when he deserves beratement and stands his ground when he is in the right.

Blake’s story is one of overcoming adversity and never giving up. He faced many challenges throughout his career but refused to let them define him. Instead, he used them as a catalyst to do more significant things with his life.

Blake’s dedication to justice goes beyond just solving cases. He is also committed to serving his community. He volunteers his time and resources to help those in need and always looks for ways to make a positive impact. His big heart results in the growth of his agency and sets him up for future cases, and the series has expanded to six in print, with number seven just a couple of months away from completion.

Blake believes that serving his community is not just a job; it’s a way of life. He is passionate about making a difference and fighting for what is right, no matter the cost. His commitment to justice and his community has earned him the respect and admiration of many.

Blake Franklin is a true hero in every sense of the word. He may have started out as a failed detective, but he refused to let that define him. Instead, he took matters into his own hands and started his agency with his friends. Through hard work, determination, and a commitment to justice, Blake has become a force for good in the world. His story inspires us all and reminds us that even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference. I have written a little of myself into the Blake Franklin character. Though I have never been a police officer, I have failed a few times and used those experiences to push me to do better and always do more. In my world, just as in Blake’s – the good guys win.

Another aspect of the Blake Franklin experience is the impact of social media on his business. Like me, Blake doesn’t understand the concept of “influencers” and sees Facebook as a way of sharing photos with family. He doesn’t get into politics and isn’t convicted enough religiously to engage in discussions about faith. He does pray for people and believes in God, but he is not an apologist for any particular concept of religion. He is surprised at the positive effects of his growing social media following on the rapid trajectory of his agency.
