Monica’s Struggle with Trauma and Trust in ‘Hidden Insanity

Hello, my Name is Keira Wilson. I write fiction books about romance, mystery, mystical, suspense, fantasy, Romance and phycological. My book “Hidden Insanity” is about a young woman named Monica who is struggling to heal from past trauma due to her husband’s secret that she uncovered in their younger years of their relationship. She discovered her husband is a sex addict, so she chose to stay and work through it as long as he promised to leave the past in the past and continue to start a life with her.  Soon Monica is faced with her worst fear as her husband’s past starts to creep back up in their present life as Monica finds out her and Nate will soon give life to a baby of their own. Monica’s pregnancy starts to become difficult and filled with stress as Nate’s secret unravels.

The Unseen Lives Behind Closed Doors: Inspiration for ‘Hidden Insanity

What inspired me to write the book was knowing the endless possibilities of childhood trauma as simple as passing a person in the hallways of my everyday life whom I don’t know anything about but could be harvesting a life no one knows about, My imagination started to run wild just hearing a tad bit of information of any possibility,  knowing that there’s no limit to unusual strange situations we as humans choose to deal with in private and take these secrets to the grave is impeccable.

I took irregular information that would be hard to believe and made stories to grasp understanding. My mind wandered so instead of helping spread rumors, I wrote about the possibilities of someone. Anyone  in what might have happened behind closed doors of the people we fantasize about, worry about or wished other people understood things about. My inspiration can come anywhere from music,tv,or even hearing/observing people.

Catering to Busy Young Adults: Short Stories for the Creative Mind

My target audience is young adults. I found that as we get older our time gets shorter, and we have less time to do the things that we love when transitioning into adulthood. Our brains still crave creativity and curiosity, but with what time do we have to get lost in a good read? We grow up and have responsibilities. Some of us have college classes to juggle, some of us end up having kids, and others end up having to to get a job, these things leave us with less time for ourselves let alone read. As young adults grow older, they shift from reading to watching TV to save time, as they no longer have the opportunity to sit down and immerse themselves in a good book.

In order to create a connection with characters in a book, reading takes focus. Young adults who long to read but lack the time also listen to audiobooks, hoping to capture the thrill of a good story by following the narrative. Many storylines I come across could have easily turned into movies, yet they have instead evolved into lengthy TV series. The goal is to create something similar but instead of stretching movies into tv shows, I want to stretch nobles into short stories.  I want to be able to keep the childhood alive of young readers who are becoming adults who think they no longer have the free time to read  by creating short stories filled with fantasy, suspense, romance, and adventure all within a short read.

Unlocking Wild Imaginations with the Thrills of ‘Forbidden Stories

Readers should find as much satisfaction in the short reads as they do in a novel brimming with creativity. I want my readers’ mouths to drop when reading the series of “Forbidden Stories”. The aim is to ignite their imaginations to be just as wild when I wrote the stories, because I write the stories to open up possibilités od scenarios that randomly cross our minds and create a story never told.

Building a Broad Fan Base and Expanding Creativity Beyond ‘Forbidden Stories’

My future goal/plans for the book is to reach as many of my target audience that I can and hopefully it also influences others outside of my targeted audience to open up their minds and have them fall in love with my imagination. I plan on using this book to help motivate me into making more books. I want to build a fan base of people who support and love my work just as much as I do if not more.

Finding My Voice Through Writing: A Journey from Silence to Inspiration

A little bit more about myself is I’ve been writing since I was a little girl not physically but mentally. I was always nervous to speak. My voice would shake terribly, so I would stay silent and barely open my mouth to talk. Hours would pass rocking back and forth in the room, creating songs, poems, books, and movies, completely absorbed in imagination. It wasn’t until I got into highschool when I started to physically write my work down.

I turned in a poem that was very upsetting but such a work of art I was pulled out of class and approached by the language arts teacher who asked me to join a poetry group held after school. I remember when Barack Obama won the election my mother made me a shirt that said “paint the White House black” I wore the shirt to school the next day. The administration team at my high school confronted me about the shirt, inquiring, “What does that mean?

I couldn’t explain what the shirt had ment right on the spot, I never speak to express my feeling but I write  and the words flow out easily, so I wrote an essay of what “paint the White House black ment” I turned the paper in the next day on every administrator’s desk. Shortly after the call to the office, a group of administrators walked toward me to shake my hand and compliment me on the essay, praising my professional and respectful explanation of its meaning. Feeling honored, I found it incredibly rewarding to know my writing inspires others to listen to my words. I knew that I had a bright future in writing.
