About the Author

Rhonda Parker Taylor is a versatile American writer, entrepreneur, and academic researcher. Born on October 18, 1964, in Noblesville, Indiana, she grew up as the second youngest of five children in a family deeply involved in the steel manufacturing business. Rhonda’s childhood was spent in a picturesque two-story home surrounded by cornfields and cows, and she attended Heritage Christian School in Indianapolis. After completing high school, she pursued her passion for fashion by attending Bauder Fashion College in Arlington, Texas, where she obtained a certificate in fashion buying.

Upon returning to Indiana, Rhonda initially found employment at Educational Financial Services in Indianapolis. However, encouraged by her friends and family, she decided to venture into writing and authored her first book, “Crossroads,” in 2002. It took her a decade to publish the book due to her academic pursuits. During this time, Rhonda pursued higher education, attending the University of Phoenix’s doctoral program in business and earning an MBA as well as a bachelor’s degree in business science management from Indiana Wesleyan University.

She is widely recognized for her research on emotional intelligence and studying the emotional intelligence of multinational leaders. She presented the finding to the United National Global Compact Committee.
