My name is Sameatria L Okam, and I am here to tell you a bit about my recently published book titled “It’s Not Til Death Do Us Part.”
It’s an interesting edge-of-your-seat story about a woman who came to me for help in navigating the question of whether or not to depart from her marriage. Through coaching, I did not provide her with the answer, but rather, I used the coaching tools nestled throughout the book to help her make that decision herself.
Not only is this a good story, but, this book is a tool that allows you to coach yourself through everyday challenges using the Action Plans and Coaching Activities within it. You will start to look at challenges from a different lens and conquer many of the things that have been causing you unrest in your life.
There are also fun, thought-provoking Book Club Questions in the Appendix that you and your book club friends can answer and discuss.
