On Freedom and Revolt

First published in 2015, On Freedom and Revolt: A Comparative Investigation compares two influential figures of history and Nobel Prize winners, Albert Camus and Martin Luther King, Jr. Author Carl E. Moyler makes a compelling case between two known prominent leaders. These two powerful men: Albert Camus and Martin Luther King Jr., dedicated their lives to fighting for human rights. These two central figures are first-class role models who lived their lives fighting for justice, freedom, hope, optimism, courage, and love. Their response to the injustices has sparked the desire for humanity to do the same.

The book sheds light on issues that are relevant to this day: exploitation, racism, war, poverty, tyranny, and injustice. Despite living separate lives, upbringing, and time, these two figures found common grounds towards addressing these critical issues. In his book, Dr. Moyler reveals how Martin Luther King, Jr. and Albert Camus will not stand and do nothing in the face of dehumanizing problems. However, this book is dedicated to all heroes and heroines in history, may they be named or nameless ones who fight in the name of service to humanity.

The pages of On Freedom and Revolt: A Comparative Investigation presents the valiant contributions of both men in history and society as they pursue what humanity has always wanted, freedom. Dr. Moyler explores King and Camus’ views and writings thoroughly to make readers understand the significance of these two men’s contributions to society. Unlike history books, Dr. Moyler’s book presents a detailed version of this fight for freedom and justice.

Readers will find this book a legacy to these amazing heroes’ work in today’s society. On Freedom and Revolt: A Comparative Investigation will prove that these two are among the heroes that must be remembered worldwide. Dr. Carl E. Moyler’s book will inspire readers to continue our heroes’ legacy and to never stop fighting for what is right.
