A Law from Eden By Marilyn Taplin

Marilyn Taplin is the author of A Law from Eden, Solving the Mystery of Original Sin. Her book is a thought-provoking study of God and morality. It can be purchased on Amazon

When viewing the sexual revolution of the 1960s Taplin asked, what does God say about human sexuality? She began to research the Bible to find the answer to that question. Over four decades of biblical research is evident in her book. Taplin shows that the true original sin was an act of sexual perversion.  Sin did not begin with two men or two women, but with a man and his wife. God only made vaginal intercourse. All other sex comes from Satan. Adam and Eve departed from God when they strayed from God’s way. Original sin is the root source of all our social ills. The end of sin will bring heaven to earth.

The San Francisco Book Review gave her book a 5 star rating – the highest rating they give. They end their review with, “If you are looking for a good discussion of the Bible, I suggest you pick up her book.”

The Pacific Book Review ended with, “A Law from Eden is a book that will spark discussion. Taplin has written a book that will show new understanding of the best-selling book in the world.”

Yes, this is a book every pastor should read and have discussions with their congregation until all denominations put an end to sin and all speak the same truth.   The end of sin within today’s Christianity will begin the healing of our land.

If you have visited my website you already know the answers to the following questions. Have you ever wondered why the promises of God have not been kept? For example, “Repent ye: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.”  (Matthew 3:2). After 2000 years of Christianity heaven is not in view.

And Jesus tells us, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me” (John 12:32). But all humans have not come to God.

All Christians are to have the mind of Christ. “Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus” (Philippians 2:5). If all Christian had the mind of Christ there would be only one denomination. But today, I have heard there are over 3,000 denominations within Christianity. Why are there so many different views of truth? What is wrong?

Could it be that we are waiting for the first coming of Jesus? When he comes he will read the woes to the hypocrites to all those professing to be Christians today?  They are the blind leaders of the blind. He will open up the scriptures and all will see new truth. He will make all things new, meaning all the truth we are listening to today will change. For in this darkness when sin is everywhere no truth is spoken. And he …said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful” (Revelation 21:5).

It is true from the beginning of Christianity no one named the sin in Eden. From the beginning we have been told all people are born sinners, or with a sin nature, born fallen. Just the opposite is true. We are born holy or how could there be a sin that would make us unholy. We are born upright or how could we fall. The Bible tells us that 23,000 fell in one day from unnatural sex. They were upright before they fell. Moses told us to instruct our children in righteousness and they will grow old and not fall.

We can expect deliverance from sin in the last days. “For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them” (Luke 9:56).

“And they shall not teach every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest” (Hebrews 8:11). No one will be left behind.

Yes, this is a book every pastor should read. Openly discuss truth with your congregation.

This book might be the best material for those still questioning the words of God.

Given that it explains the concept of sin and unholiness, I think so too.
