Rickie Smith’s voyage to change takes readers into an in-depth look at the recent prison penal system and life behind bars and Rickie’s incredible life-changing story of resilience and transformation.

Sometimes the past can hold us back and slow, but driving on is a slow and continuous process, like the Rosser book on the transformation of a notorious Texas inmate.

Your personal growth should be continual and is a vital part of moving on. Executing change in your life and kick-starting your personal development by investing in making another path in your future life will help your past to appear like a faraway recollection and help you to step into something you always dreamed of.

From time to time, changes cause you to re-evaluate your life and look at specific things from various standpoints. Relying on what the difference is may also support your life values. In the book, Rickie’s values change over sometime after the recollection and realization he had inside the cell.

The limited space of the prison cell did not limit his thoughts about the encompassing chances of his life other than being miserable and notorious for his sinful act toward humanity.

He realized that there is more to life than being wrong, an act of being part of the communion of humanity towards a fruitful and peaceful future that they projected.

The book tries to tell us that not all changes guide you to friendly terms of life. Unfortunately, we do not live in fiction or a fairy tale, and sad things happen, too. Overcoming the challenging course will make you more powerful.

Change can also initiate progress. Things drive forward and develop because of them. There are a lot of things that can be associated with progress. It can be both internal and external progress within your life.

In the book, Rickie’s journey concerns his internal progress. A progress associated with his own combating of his inner conflicts and managing to change for the betterment of his life and his present situation.

One never understands what each transformation may bring. When you shift from your regular path, various abundant opportunities will be waiting for you. Changes will bring new choices for happiness and fulfillment. Changes can open recent decisions in life and new outlooks that can be exciting and look forward to.

Change can also lead to new beginnings. Each change is a turning page. It is about ending one chapter and unlocking another one. Changes bring new starts and excitement to life.

The book, which glorifies the magnificent effect of change in someone’s life, takes all credit for the determination that the author poured out on every page so that his readers will have a lesson from the book.
