Hello, I am author D. G. McCool Jr. I am glad to be here on the “Authors Lounge,” to introduce my sci-fi series, The Dark World.” There are three books published with the fourth planned for release by the end of the year.

Messenger of Dreams: A Tale of Magic, Vengeance, and Ancient Secrets
Book One: Messenger of Dreams introduces Garash, a powerful and tormented magic user fueled by tragedy and vengeance. Garash’s extraordinary magical abilities propel him into the priesthood, but his darker impulses quickly take over, leading him down a destructive path. Guided by the malevolent god Nukirizik, Garash sets out to retrieve the Crystal Hand, a mystical artifact capable of creating powerful magical weapons.. He transforms the crystal into a pinecone weapon that steals souls and grants immortality, all in his quest for revenge.
Jay, an atheist, deciphers hundreds of ancient Sumerian clay tablets, revealing new guidance from the gods on what humanity can expect in the afterlife. Driven by his discoveries, he embarks on a cross-country crusade to share this profound information. His mission leads him into a direct confrontation with Garash, as both seek control over this powerful ancient knowledge.
As Garash’s thirst for power intensifies, he begins to lose his humanity, becoming a pawn in a larger struggle between gods. The first book introduces themes of power, corruption, and the fine line between vengeance and justice, setting the series’ stage.
Ancient Ones Revealed: Dylan’s Journey Into a World of Alien Gods and Divine Secrets
Book Two: Ancient Ones Revealed focuses on Dylan, who can see beyond the physical world and communicate with spirits. Isolated by his powers, Dylan’s journey begins with prophetic dreams that lead him to an angelic being.
This angel reveals the existence of the Anunnaki, ancient alien gods who once ruled Earth and whose influence lingers in the shadows. The angel reveals that all religions are human interpretations of divine messages, with the true Creator God beyond any faith.
As Dylan grapples with these revelations, the world changes dramatically. Aliens claiming to be the Anunnaki return to Earth, seizing control of global governments and clashing with the Reptilians, another ancient race. Dylan is thrust into this cosmic battle, struggling to discern allies from enemies. His journey of self-discovery involves learning to harness his powers to resurrect the dead and challenge the authority of both gods and aliens.
Warriors of the Heavens and the Earth: A Battle Between Gods, Aliens, and Humanity
Book Three: Warriors of the Heavens and the Earth sees the ancient gods, Reptilians, and humanity clash intensely. The Anunnaki establish a hidden stronghold in Sumer, using advanced technology to reclaim their glory by unearthing ancient weapons.
These weapons threaten to devastate Earth and annihilate their enemies. Dylan, now fully aware of his powers and responsibilities, sets out to stop the Anunnaki. With his resourceful ally Allison, he navigates treacherous landscapes, exploring ancient crypts and facing dark forces. Meanwhile, Garash re[1]emerges, consumed by the power of the Crystal pinecone and Nukirizik’s influence. His goal: to ascend to godhood and reshape the world in his image.
Dylan and Garash’s paths inevitably cross, leading to a climactic battle that will determine the fate of both gods and mortals.
