They take the reader on a journey of discoveries and adventures, climaxing with alien mentors who advance mankind.
The main characters are a man from 2017 and the most advanced android ever built. The man is awakened in 2129 and develops a friendship with the android. They make two important technical discoveries: telepathic communication using an implant and telepathically accessing human memories. The series follows them as they make and conceal additional discoveries, working to solve global issues. Their discoveries and those of their children eventually take them into space.
007 Adventures and Space Travel
Their adventures include working with the top spies of six nations (all beautiful ladies who “burn hot”). They’re taking down Communist China with a global cyber dome. The books explore the main character’s values and the differences in cultures between the twentieth and twenty-second centuries; while dodging bullets, knives, kidnappers, and otherwise avoiding death. Our heroes interact with an energy universe that sees the future, and they learn how to cohabit (human essence merged) with an android’s brain. They learn how to travel using space/time wormholes and have alien mentors who benefit all of humanity. The 2129 Series leads to the INTERVENTION SERIES, where Earth intervenes to assist other planets’ development.
Inspiration
I wanted to present a realistic and optimistic view of the future, based on my 55+ years of I/T experience. I also wanted to create an exciting adventure that didn’t include Terminators or Zombies. Together, these books stimulate thought, push the envelope, and provide for a hopeful future while being entertaining.
Target Audience
If you’re into sci-fi, you’ll love the book’s themes, characters, adventures, and discoveries set in the future. If you’re into cultural changes and wonder what tomorrow might look like, you’ll love the storylines. If you enjoy a little romance thrown into the mix, these books are for you. And if you’re curious about happens after death, you’ll find my theories interesting. I’m a storyteller and have included enough “discoveries” to make it interesting. Futurist 007 adventures (beautiful lady James Bonds) and romance will appeal to ladies. Techies will love it because it will stretch their imagination (AI, androids, space travel, energy universes, and aliens) while being believable and understandable. And it will generate thoughts about what happens after death, when the hero recalls his after-death memories. This discussion provides a unique perspective without being religious or anti-religious. Can you imagine aliens as mentors, instead of being bent on destroying of Earth? I foster the reader’s understanding of what has to happen for us to be visited (once again) by aliens. And I introduce them to how Earth might send emissaries to distant planets to aid other civilization in their times of need.
The INTERVENTION SERIES follows the 2129 SERIES with Star Trek-type of adventures.
