ReadersMagnet started with an A- rating while applying for a spot as an exhibitor for the 35th Miami International Book Fair. The accreditation and the rating could not have come at a better time. Being affiliated with BBB certainly became a huge help in promoting the young company to new and interested authors. It also contributed to establishing ReadersMagnet’s credibility and online reputation, especially with the still-circulating allegations against it.
BBB Accreditation and Original Rating
Better Business Bureau granted ReadersMagnet accreditation last July 9, 2018, during its second year of operation. Listed under the Digital Marketing category, the company was awarded an A- BBB rating as an establishment providing publishing and digital book marketing services. The A- rating is the third-highest BBB rating in their rating scale, with A and A+ as the top two ratings and F as the lowest. The rating carries 90 to 93.99 points on its 100-point scoring scale.
The Better Business Bureau is a non-profit and non-governmental organization whose goal of BBB is to enhance marketplace trust. Better Business Bureau accredits more than 400,000 local businesses across the United States. It’s the organization people look for to check a company’s legitimacy and quality.

Early this year, BBB recently awarded ReadersMagnet with a new rating. ReadersMagnet moves to the A rating, a rung higher in the BBB ladder. This is the second-highest BBB rating. It carries 94 to 96.99 points on BBB’s 100-point scoring scale.
