Messages from My Soul is a labor of love, a book written as a testimony of how connecting with your higher self opens doors of understanding and synchronicity to improve our lives.

It contains 36 messages from my soul to yours that you can meditate on and apply to your life every day.  It gives you a small glimpse into my soul while encouraging you to open communication with your own spirit self.  This is a book where you can feel the passion, raw emotion, longing, and joy that pours into every page.

I don’t feel that the book was written “by” me, but “through” me, inspired by my constant search for enlightenment and deep conversations with my Higher Self and the Source, through hours of discipline and teaching myself to meditate and be quiet and still, and driven by the desire to share this message of love, understanding, happiness, self-respect, forgiveness and joy of life in these difficult times.

What is your target audience for the book

This book is written for those who have embarked on a journey of self-discovery in the spiritual world, or who are about to do so, for anyone who needs a word of encouragement or a hug from Spirit, for anyone who feels lost, alone, sad, or just too tired or guilty and needs a nudge in the right direction.

What do you hope readers could get out from your book

The message I want all readers to get is, first, that you are loved, you are valued, and you are enough just the way you are.  God, the Source, the Sacred Consciousness, or whatever you call it, made you perfect and whole and the only approval you need is yours.

Also, to know how enriching a conversation with yourself can be, how when we let go of control, break down the walls and sit in silence, we can hear our souls speaking, at first as a whisper, but little by little the voice grows and the messages become clearer.

What are your future goals/plans for the book

My desire for this book to be widely read and available in different languages and accessible locations is rooted in my willingness to help those who need to receive these messages. By offering it in both Spanish and English, and striving to translate it into other languages, I am extending a helping hand to people around the world.

Ensuring that all have access to its valuable message, regardless of their native language. I hope that in the future it will be available in libraries and bookstores to make it easily discoverable and accessible, reinforcing my commitment to support people’s quest for knowledge and growth.

About Me

By now you may be wondering who I am, where I come from, and why I think I have something to contribute to your journey.  Let me tell you a little about myself:  I was born, raised and still live in the Dominican Republic. My childhood was a dream one, being part of a big, loving family where my only concern and responsibility was my studies and where to go on vacation.

Over the years the economic situation of my country changed and so did that of my family, adding financial strain to the struggles of growing up, having children, being responsible for the household as a single mother, trying to make ends meet and on top of that feeling alone, inadequate and unloved which always pressured me and even though my family was always by my side supporting my dreams, I never felt whole until now.

I am a Sagittarius and as such I get bored and distracted very easily.

One of the hardest things for me is to meditate, to quiet my mind. Because I have the attention span of a cat, every thing that moves, every little noise distracts me and makes me curious. If I had grown up in those days, I would have been diagnosed with attention deficit disorder, neurodivergence, and who knows what else. But I’m learning to focus, and every day it gets a little easier.

My family is Catholic.

Every Sunday it was mandatory to go to Mass, which caused my rebelliousness to keep me away from the Church for many years, but I was always curious, I investigated and practiced Santería, Sorcery, Witchcraft, Wiccana, New Age, all looking for my place. I studied the Rosicrucians, the Freemasons, Quantum Physics. I prayed to God, Buddha, the Goddess, whatever religion was in vogue. As long as it didn’t hurt anyone and was positive, I wanted to investigate. 

And I came to a conclusion; a realization, all religions are, at their core, exactly the same. All beliefs are about the same thing: We are all one. We have to love each other and the things you want, you have to visualize them, act like you already have them and be grateful for them, which is the central idea of manifesting, I do hope this book reaches your hands and touches your soul and I want to give a big thank you to The Author’s Lounge for giving me an opportunity to open myself to you with my words.
