Reader’s Magnet/Author’s lounge contacted me about writing a small story about my book: Godly Inspirations for the Troubled Soul, which I gladly accepted.
I am Lisa C. Miller. My family and I live in the beautiful state of Alaska, where the spirit of animals and men roam free. I started writing when I was six years old. My first story was about a pencil, and I have continued to write. I now have three books of poetry out. I enjoy reading, writing, journaling and blogging and of course I enjoy social media.
This book is about poetry that is uplifting to the human soul. I was inspired to write this book because I saw so many downcast, depressed faces around me. I wanted to bring hope to people. My wish is to touch the heart of the world through the written word to help people find their smile again. May your week be filled with many blessings and may the Lord delight your soul.
These books are attractive to adult women ages of 30-80. Younger women and men are free, to read them. But children are too young to understand the concepts. I write to uplift and encourage the human spirit. I believe everyone needs peace and beauty throughout their day. My poetry leans toward living a positive life. It explores the human potential with an emphasis on love, spiritual growth, and self-awareness through the reading of these books a person will learn how an ordinary life is important.
My hope for my readers is that everyone can find hope and encouragement within the pages of this book, and beauty throughout their day. May you find rest for your weary soul. I would like for my readers to not miss finding the richness and treasure of living an ordinary life. Hopefully, they can embrace the freedom of finding the delight in living an ordinary life. May we celebrate life, love and friendship for the short time we are together.
