Czaritan Book One of the Crimson Tribune Saga

Uncovering Secrets Beneath the Surface

Czaritan, Book One of the Crimson Tribune Saga, is about an independent Journalist, Tracy Marinetti Ripley, who is out on a Nature assignment.  While she’s taking pictures, she encounters a little girl dressed in a burlap bag dancing in the woods alone.  Tracy is curious to know more about this little girl and where she’s from.  She tries to follow her, but she disappears.  Tracy loves challenges, so she comes back a couple more times and eventually coerces the little girl, who eventually takes Tracy to her home.  It is located underground in a village.

Exploring Ideals and the Quest for Equality

There is always talk about what the perfect way of life is and how people can be treated equally. This has led to there being a look into the different lifestyles, governments, people, and more. It led me to read and see there has been so much talk about socialism, communism, democracy, and what people believe in and how they want to live and be treated by the government.

Imagining a World Where Everyone Truly Matters

There isn’t a specific age range or group. I wrote this more as an eye-opener. It seems that more people are speaking up about equality, and I wanted to write about it to see what it could be like if everyone was treated equally. (The doctor makes the same income and lives the same as the cashier.)

Reflecting on Change, Choice, and Perception

A perspective on what they have now and why and how things could be if there were some of these changes. There are options that are available to them now, and how they can be advantageous to what they want. If they changed, would it change other perceptions? Think about how to respect their freedom and opportunities to make choices.

Questioning Systems in a Post-Pandemic World

Cathay Combat, Book Two of the Crimson Tribune Saga, is about control, COVID-19 starting. and its long-term impacts.  Tracy Marinetti Ripley has at least two more investigations in the near future.  These two investigations will look into healthcare and education.  When it comes to healthcare, who really decides?  Is it the patient?  The Doctor? The pharmacy?  The Nurse? The Insurance?  It will also look into why is it so expensive for even a telecommunication visit?  As for education, it is going to look into AI being the educator of kids online instead of on campuses.  Is that good, bad, or how will it work?  Will it have good results?

From Freelance Writer to Published Author

I am from upstate New York. As a kid, I always wanted to be an author, so I started writing as a freelancer for websites, articles for online magazines, and newspapers when COVID-19 started.  I then ghostwrote three non-fictions that were published. They are:  50 THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT KNITTING: KNIT, PURL, TRICKS, & SHORTCUTS (50 Things to Know Crafts), Greater Than a Tourist- NEW YORK USA: 50 Travel Tips from a Local (Greater Than a Tourist New York Series), and 50 Things to Know About Habits: Change the Destructive to Constructive (50 Things to Know Coping With Stress).

Dreams, Determination, and a Growing Literary Legacy

From there, I decided to finish the book I had started numerous times since I was a teenager, about epilepsy.  I tried it in different formats, points of view, settings, etc., but never could get it the way I wanted.  However, one night while I was working on it, I had a bizarre dream and kept having the same dream until I wrote it down.  It became my first published book, Taking Chances.   That success gave me the new perspective to write Steps Forward, the book about epilepsy. I could finally write it in the perspective I always wanted, sharing seizure experiences, the mental torment, life restraints, personality results, etc.   I later went on to write a non-fiction book, Inner Peace, to help kids I saw addicted to social media and the internet.

The media then drove me to write Czaritan, Book One of the Crimson Tribune Saga.  Shortly after that I was planning to take the summer off of writing, and I was at a Women’s Business meeting.  The speaker mentioned the spirits in my hometown being abundant and overwhelming.  Intrigued, I researched and wrote the non-fiction, HELLmira: Hauntings, Mysteries, Spirits, and Ghost Sightings.  Cathay Combat, Book Two of the Crimson Tribune Saga was then written in the fall, my scheduled writing time.  I have a novel at my marketer that should be in anytime now.  It is a Humor/Drama Upward Bound, From the Bar Side, Book One of the Tails Series.  It is about a woman who inherits a bar that was never sold before due to its previous owner.  All of these are available on my website:  https://christinafanelli.carrd.co/
