J.G. MacLeod is an award-winning, Canadian author of historical fiction, romantic comedy, and literary fiction. J.G. has always been an avid reader and writer. As a young adult, she earned a university degree in Honors English and history due to her keen interest in nineteenth-century studies. She then went on to graduate with a Bachelor of Education and has spent the past seventeen years teaching. She writes both fiction and non-fiction stories. To date, she has published five novels. J.G. has three young children who keep her perpetually active. In her free time, she lives for hiking and gardening.
